What is VertexTask?
VertexTask is a web app for FiveM developers: projects with a Kanban board, client orders, team permissions, files and a Discord bot that turns forum posts into tasks.
Is VertexTask really free?
Yes. All features are free to use, with no subscription and no paid version. You are never asked for payment details.
Is VertexTask available in English?
Yes. The site and the app are available in German and English – switch at the top right or in the settings. The legal texts are only available in German.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in the browser. On iPhone and Android you can add the site to your home screen; it then opens like an app – with its own bar at the bottom.
Account & data
Where is my data stored?
In the database on this site's server, uploaded files in a folder next to it. There are no analytics or advertising services and no embedded third-party content. Details are in the privacy policy (German).
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time in the app under “Settings”. All your content is deleted with it.
What is remote assistance?
On request, support helps you directly in your account, e.g. with setting up the Discord bot. It only starts when you agree; you watch live and can end it at any time. We never ask for your password.
Discord bot
How do I set up the Discord bot?
In the app under “Discord”: create a code, invite the bot to your server (you need “Manage Server” for that) and enter /verbinden with the code in Discord. Then run /forum-verbinden in a forum channel.
Do I need a separate forum for every project?
No. Each forum tag stands for a project, so one forum is enough for all projects. More about the Discord bot
Team & partners
How do I work in a team?
Invite people to your team by e-mail or user name and share projects or orders with them. The role decides what someone may change.
